Raymond Corcoran Trucking is based in Billings, Montana. Our success has come through the dedication of our professional drivers, owner-operators, and the excellent work ethic of the Corcoran Family.

The President and dispatcher continually search for freight that allows us to bring our drivers through our Billings based terminal in an effort to get drivers time off at home. RCT is family owned and operated, and we understand the importance of being with family and friends and having a home life!

Our compensation package consists of:

  • Weekly Payroll
    • Bank at Work
    • Direct Deposit (up to 5 different accounts)
  • Base Wage
  • Bonus opportunities:
    • Safety Bonus; paid semi-annually
    • Fuel Bonus; paid quarterly
    • Idle Bonus; paid monthly
  • Benefit Package:
    • Medical Insurance available after 90 days of full-time employment.
    • Voluntary Dental, Voluntary Vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance available after 90 days of full-time employment.
    • Payroll deduction for AFLAC available after 90 days of employment.

      • Available after 6 months of employment.
      • Company matches 100% up to 4% of the employee's contribution.
  • Annual wage opportunity of $45,000 and up, depending upon miles driven.

PREFFERED DRIVER QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

The criteria used to review applicants are as follows:

  1. Require minimum of 2 years experience with 250,000 verifiable miles.
  2. Must have current CDL with an acceptable MVR/Accident Record.
  3. Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  4. Must have a current medical card and long form, or be able to pass a DOT physical.
  5. Must be a minimum age of 25 years old (consideration may be given if applicant meets other requirements).
  6. Must pass a Driving Test given by a qualified examiner designated by our company.
  7. Must have operated equipment that is consistent with our company’s equipment.
