The President and dispatcher continually search for freight that allows us to bring our drivers through our Billings based terminal in an effort to get drivers time off at home. RCT is family owned and operated, and we understand the importance of being with family and friends and having a home life!

Our compensation package consists of:

    • Base Wage
    • Pickup pay, Drop pay, & Short-haul pay
    • Direct Deposit (up to 5 different accounts)
    • Benefit Package:
      • Medical Insurance available after 60 days of full-time employment.
      • Voluntary Dental & Voluntary Vision available after 60 days of full-time employment.
      • Payroll deduction for AFLAC available after 60 days of employment.
    • 401(k) program
      • Automatic enrollment after 6 months of employment.
      • Pre-tax or ROTH contributions allowed.
      • Company matches 100% up to 4% of the employee's contribution.

Our Minimum Driver Qualifications are as follows:

 

  1. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with 200,000 verifiable miles in a tractor-trailer combination.
  2. Must have a current, valid CDL issued by your state of residence with the proper endorsements.
  3. May have no more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years - certain traffic violations may disqualify you from consideration.
  4. May have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
  5. May have no preventable accidents within the last 3 years involving a fatality, bodily injury treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle.
  6. Must be medically qualified to drive a CMV by a certified medical examiner listed on the national registry: http://nrcme.fmcsa.dot.gov
  7. Must provide consent for a full query on the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and not be prohibited from driving.
  8. Must pass a pre-employment, DOT drug test.
  9. Must pass a driving test given by a qualified examiner designated by our company.
